Licensed in 1980, Andrew began defending personal injury cases in state and Federal court, with five jury verdicts to his credit after his first full year. Now with over 130 verdicts, Andrew’s practice is more active than ever. His most recent trials include a product liability case in Federal court (defense verdict), defending an auto pedestrian fatality with admitted liability (beat the “official” demand by 5.5M and the “unofficial” demand by 1.5M) and successfully defending a commercial claim while prevailing on a counterclaim. Andrew has argued appeals to most of the Texas Courts of Appeals, The Texas Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
