Frank Sedita

Frank’s practice focuses on civil litigation, specifically insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, premise liability, products liability, first party property claims, and general business litigation. 

Prior to joining McKinney Taylor, P.C., Frank was with a multi-state law firm where he handled complex litigation defending large corporations. In addition, Frank has extensive experience as a plaintiff’s attorney handling countless personal injury matters.  He is admitted to practice in all Texas Courts and United States District Courts of the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas
