Mindy K. Bradley


Mindy has represented insurers in a broad range of insurance coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions, breach of contract claims, bad faith, extra-contractual claims and other insurance- related matters, in both state and federal courts. Mindy also has extensive experience in counseling and providing coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters and denial letters on behalf of insurers on complex issues of policy interpretation. This includes the construction of commercial general liability, business and personal auto, commercial property, homeowners, professional liability, and employers’ insurance policies, as well as umbrella, excess and reinsurance policies and issues involving large self- insurance retentions. Mindy has also handled matters on behalf of insureds and insurers involving claims of contractual and common law indemnity, and for additional insured status.

Mindy also has experience representing governmental entities on issues involving civil rights, the Texas Tort Claims Act, and premises liability. She has also represented self- insurance pools composed of governmental entities and provided counsel with regards to the drafting and interpretation of their various lines of insurance coverage, interlocal agreements and bylaws.
